At what age can babies start eating fish?

Fish is rich in EFA which is essential for your baby's brain development. You can introduce white fish at 6 months. Examples of white fish include cod, haddock, sole and they are preferred over oily fish because of the mild flavor and also because they are easier to digest. Oily fish such as salmon and tuna can also be given but maybe in smaller portions. Mix fish with root vegetables such as sweet potato to disguise the flavor if your baby doesn't take on to the fishy flavor. Fish can be quickly prepared in just a few minutes in the pan or microwave. Overcooking affects the texture and taste. Remove all bones vigilantly.
