Cod, Broccoli, Sweet Potato Mix

1 small sweet potato

Few florets of broccoli

I small fillet of cod (deboned and skinned)

1. First skin and cut up the potato to bite sizes and place in the steamer.

2. Wash the broccoli florets well and steam together with the potato.

3. Steam the vegetables for about 20-25 minutes.

4. Add the cod and steam further for about 10 minutes. Mash to the desired consistency.

Fish cooks real fast so needs to be added last or you can choose to cook it separately in a little butter with some seasoning such as parsley. Broccoli is good source calcium so give your baby often.
