Is it ok to offer baby food with strong flavors and spice?

It all depends on your baby. Some babies are 'adventurous' and take on to strong flavors fairly well. Some babies cope rather well with spicy foods with no issues whatsoever. However it is still important to prepare foods without salt. It is good to know that many spices and herbs contain properties that encourage a healthy gut so a little spice actually goes a long way.
