For hygiene purposes it is advisable to prepare milk as and when you need it and not store bottles of prepared milk in the fridge. Formula milk doesn't require much preparation time so there is no need to make it in advance. Since the powder is not sterile there is a tiny chance that the prepared formula can become contaminated. When you are out for the day, carry a thermos of cooled boiled water and milk powder separately - mix them when you need them and discard the rest once baby has had her fill.
