Vegetable Medley
A few florets of broccoli
1 small carrot
1 sweet potato
1 handful of green beans
1. Steam vegetables till soft and tender. Boil root
vegetable separately. Blend with a hand blender with
some cool boiled water.
2. Scoop out and serve your baby when cool.
3. To thicken the consistency add cooked mashed rice
or oatmeal
4. You may also thin it by adding vegetable or chicken
stock and convert the mix to soup.
