What other dairy foods can baby take now apart from their regular milk?

Your baby can now eat cheese (the creamy spreadable type but avoid blue cheese), whole milk natural yogurt devoid of artificial sweeteners and flavorings. Live yogurt is good for their digestive systems. You may also use full cream milk to prepare baby's meals but not as her main food (cow's milk should only be introduced after baby turns a year old). This is because cow's milk do not contain the necessary nutrients which baby needs in the first year of life and added to that babies will have digestion problems.
