My baby has a difficult time taking on to vegetables. Which vegetables will appeal to my baby?

Vegetables with a sweetish flavor are popular with babies, and they also contain vital minerals and vitamins and antioxidants important for your baby's overall development. Sweet potato, carrots, peas, avocado, and pumpkin are great choices your baby will enjoy. You can blend the vegetables e.g. sweet potato blended with carrot or blend a vegetable with a fruit e.g. pear with squash. The sweeter vegetables such as carrot mixed with chicken or fish is another blend your baby will adapt to easily. Persevere as it will take some time before your baby adapts to the food. Try out different combinations until you come up with blends that will appeal to your baby and allow your baby time to get used to a taste/food.
