Are there trigger forces for Braxton Hicks contractions or are they spontaneous.

Braxton Hicks contractions tend to be more common when you touch your abdomen, when your baby moves, when you don't drink enough fluids and become dehydrated, when you have exerted in some way. When you feel a contraction coming on you can simply change your position, drink some water and feel the contraction subside, rest a bit on your side, empty your bladder and practice your labor breathing exercise.
