Tofu & Egg Recipe Treats for Babies Aged 9 Months up

Tofu is derived from Soya beans. It provides iron, calcium and protein but because it is a complex protein, baby's immature tummy will have some problems digesting it, so it is best given to baby from 8 months onwards. Soy is a potential allergen food and therefore it is important to follow the 4 day rule as with any other allergen foods. Do not offer it to your baby if you know your baby has soy allergy.
