Can I give my baby egg now?

Eggs too can be introduced but children with a family history of allergy or those with eczema should not be given eggs. If you do give your baby egg at this stage, ensure the egg is fully cooked and not runny or half-cooked. Offer cooked yolk and not the white first. As with other foods a wait and see attitude over some weeks to watch out for allergic reactions is necessary. Fortunately egg allergy is not that common as was thought to be.
